Paul will tailor a menu just for you - and can satisfy every palate. Choose dishes from contemporary, Fusion, French, Mediterranean, Italian, and Indian style cuisines.

Initial preparations are completed offsite, with Paul arriving ready to cook at your location filling the air with aromatic smells to enhance all your senses. Meals are made with only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients that are sourced locally, where possible.

Vegans, vegetarians, and special requests are always welcome.

About the Chef

We have used Paul multiple times over the years. He's done family dinners for 15 to 25 at our cottage as well as at our home(s) in Toronto. He did our son's wedding reception for 100+ serving multiple appetizers as well as shucking oysters for the event. More recently, he did a bachelorette dinner which included appetizers, salad, vodka penne, and dessert at our cottage for a friend of my daughter. He's professional, creative, easy to deal with and always leaves the place as it was when he arrived! Already have him booked for a family function this spring.
